Summerwoods is a gated community with each guest having their own driveway to park one car. This ground-floor townhouse has all new furniture and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen also boasts a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster oven/convection oven. The back screened-in concrete porch has a bistro table with two chairs. The guest bedroom is towards the front of the townhome and has one full over full bunk bed and twin trundle. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower next door to the guest bedroom, not connected. The primary bedroom is towards the back of the townhome (off of the living room) and has one queen size bed with a large primary bathroom attached. The main bath has a step-down walk-in shower.

Summary: This is a beautiful, luxurious apartment. Tons of space, very nicely decorated. All of the rooms are big. The extra tall doors are very cool. The location is great! We loved the shady path to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It is furnished with every amenity needed for a perfect getaway with kids. Driving to the property under a canopy of Spanish moss was so lovely, and it was easy to find the property. Upon entering, we were immediately impressed by the spotless, tastefully decorated home. Our kids were so excited about the bunk beds! It was wonderful to have a full and thoughtfully appointed kitchen for meals and groceries (or, if you ask my kids, ice cream and popsicle storage!) We all slept comfortably. When we had a minor issue with the TV (which in retrospect was probably my fault) the staff were immediately in action to remedy it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to fellow travelers! It was a wonderful and restful home base for our adventures around Amelia Island.

Summary: When entering the house we were more or less blown away. Amazing view of the livingroom and kitchen, Master perfect. Second bedroom OK, we did not really use it, except for the desk as working station. Both bath good. And the fullyt equipped kitchen!! We have never stayed in a better equipped kitchen, everything ws there and in perfect order. We only found one wineglass, text the agent and two hours later, we had a six pack delivered at our doorstep! Fantastic! Ir we must find something to complain about, it is the fryeing pans, but never mind, it worked. If or when we go back to Amelia Island, this is the place to stay! No doubt! Also a star to the owners who had decorated the house with a certain personly touch. Impressing!

Summary: Floor plan works great. Clean and comfortable with beach vibe. Ample living space and accurate pictures. Excellent service out-of-hours on Sunday afternoon to resolve minor electrical fault. No big deal! Bear in mind that the living space/master bedroom to the rear of the unit face north.

Summary: Everything as advertised! Enjoyed our stay at Summerwoods 1503. Beautiful condo with plenty of space and all the necessities that could be needed. Perfect for our family with two teenage children. Love the peace and quite of the complex and being able to have the great pool to yourselves is awesome. Highly recommend!
