Positive: Comfy beds (the rooms we used). House had everything we needed. Homely feel. My 6 year old loved the two story books next to her bed. Location is great too!

Negative: My kids weren’t fans of the artwork (thought the paintings were creepy especially the upstairs half bathroom) :) Staircases are a little hazardous as well as the top front step of front door. I felt the cleaning fee was excessive considering the prep work needing to be done before checking out (stripping beds, running laundry etc). Also there was noticeable dog hair in the mats and coasters (not a big issue as we own dogs too) and the coffee machine was pretty dirty, I didn’t use it during my stay.

Summary: Enjoyed our short stay at the grey house!

Positive: The keyless entry was perfect. We were able to get right in. The host was very accommodating when we needed extra days. Anything we needed, he provided. The house was very spacious. The fully furnished basement allowed everyone to spread out. We were eight adults and no one felt crowded. The location was central to every place we needed to go. The street was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to prepare any meal we wanted.

Negative: The house is on three floors and was difficult for the older members of the party. There is one bedroom on the main floor, which we took, and left the upstairs rooms for the younger adults.

Summary: The Gray House was lovely.

Positive: The kitchen was the best part hands down. The kitchen was just WOW! The overall decoration of the house was beautiful. There was also endless entertainment in the house ie: TVs, DVDs, games, books, patio.. I wish we stayed longer!

Negative: I know pet friendly is good for most, but it tends to leave a lingering sent.

Summary: Kitchen, location, and comfy vibe made our stay unforgettable:)
