Summary: The place was great close to everything “downtown & beach also down the street from Walmart. House was clean & neighborhood was quite.

Summary: We all enjoyed the house very much! It was very easy to relax and feel at home! A couple things that surprised us was the step down to the back walk-in closet... One of the ladies didn't see it and fell, twisting her ankle. This should be marked with a small mat or anything to note the step is there. Secondly, the mattresses on the bunk bed are very thin and not good. We also agreed that it should be noted in the description that there is a train that runs through during the night!

Summary: Family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Came down for our daughter’s graduation held on the campus of Pensacola Christian College which was only 5 minutes away. The home was meticulous and very comfortable. Any concerns we had were promptly responded to by Susanna. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊.
