Summary: Home was very quiet and pleasant to stay at. Manager was very responsive to any problems or concerns and they were taken care of quickly. There is parking in front of the home. Neighbor hood was ok, no issues while we were there, but we were glad we had a car to drive where we wanted to go and that we could park right in front of the home.

Summary: We enjoyed this property so much. It has plenty of space. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood as well. We were able to walk to many of the happenings from our location. We will stay again.

Summary: The house was as advertised and everything was easy. The linens smelled divine! We got in later in the evening and there were people hanging out outside that made us kind of nervous with 4 kids, but we didn’t have any issues with them. The host was communicative and checked in to make sure everything was good.

Summary: Our New Orleans trip was perfect in every way, including our stay at David’s home! It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was a hiccup on arrival with not having the code but a phone call was all that was needed and we were good to go. Looks can be deceiving on the street but we had no problems at all. The neighbors in the White House to the right of us were very friendly. We had everything we needed and we were a short ways away from the places we wanted to see. When we are back in town we will stay at David’s place again.

Summary: The property is a row house and the pictures are good representatives. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (but a lot of NOLA is!) but they did have one corner with several loiterers present each day. Parking was on the street and never an issue. The property location was great, about 10ish minutes from the French Quarter. The place was clean and the backyard worked well for our dogs. The AC went out while we were there and it was HOT inside but the property manager was notified and sent someone out within the hour and it was fixed within a few hours. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Summary: Great place to stay. Neighbor was quiet and safe. Easy to get to the trains. Neighbors were extremely nice. Had an issue with the thermostat going down to 51 at night a couple of times. The dishwasher didn’t work. David the manager was always quick to respond and try to get everything fixed. Overall I was stay there again easily.
