Positive: Charming older house, which has been lovingly updated. The house was spotless and very well appointed. This property was the perfect spot for 4 adults to spend some quality time together.

Negative: There is a step in the foyer that caused us to trip several times. I contacted the owner, and she immediately brought us some tape to mark the step. As with many such properties, it could sleep many, but the bathroom situation was good for 4 or less.

Positive: The location of the house was amazing and the house was super cozy and clean. Would definitely stay there with a smaller group!

Negative: The house fits 8 people comfortably, but only having one full bathroom downstairs was challenging specially when everyone had to shower/get ready. But again, would definitely go back, just with a smaller group!

Negative: Master bedroom bed wasn’t the best- Back deck was as slippery as ice from just a little rain. maybe need to add a texture the stain to make slip resistant.

Summary: Very clean house, felt very much at home, just wished the master bedroom bed was better.

Positive: Property was in a great location. It had everything we needed and more! It was decorated so cute too!

Negative: The only down fall- it did get a little warm upstairs in the one room- but they did have a fan.

Summary: Excellent location and home! It was super clean and just a great vacation home in a great location!

Positive: The house was extremely clean and well furnished.

Negative: The TV in the family room and the one in the main bedroom did not work. The one in the family room would not come on at all. The one in the bed room had a volume malfunction. Queen beds VERY firm, too extreme for my husband!

Summary: I definitely would recommend the rental of this home. Great yard and outdoor area!
