Summary: We loved the historic neighborhood and the close proximity to restaurants and bars two blocks away. The apartment was filled with comfortable seating and many interesting plants. The courtyard was delightfully cool and quiet. We d certainly stay again!

Summary: This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to see my daughter graduate from University of Dayton, I'm my opinion a lot better than the near by hotels, was easy to go to the Oregon district for meals and local parks were a good place to hang out between events.

Summary: This was a fantastic stay. We were in town for a conference at the Dayton Convention Center - we were able to walk every day to save on parking (about a 10 minute walk). The house is clean and in a safe and quiet area. It is also convenient to the highway to get to Fairborn or Beavercreek where there's every restaurant imaginable. We would definitely stay here again if/when we are back in town.

Summary: a roll away bed/cot would be a great addition, or sleeper chair, and larger trash can in kitchen if staying longer and cooking- otherwise cute place and will stay again if son goes to school nearby- thank you!
