Positive: Sherri the hosts was attentive, flexible and engaged. Communication was great. The condo was clean and comfy with a great well appointed kitchen. That said we went across the street to the Bagel Co. a few times, great bagels and coffee. Location is great minutes from everything downtown, the Cathedral, Myrna Loy Arts Center, Holter Museum, Carroll college. We were in town to visit our daughter at Carroll and we could get to campus and meet up really quickly.

Negative: Only thing that could be a downside is the number of stairs that you have to go up to get into the condo. If you have someone in your party who is mobility challenged this might not be a good place for your group.

Positive: It was perfect for our extended family. Loved that there was a baby gate at the top of the stairs; peace of mind for our busy 2-year old! Everything was clean and tidy. I would absolutely consider renting again.

Negative: If you are a light sleeper, the occasional traffic noise on Last Chance Gulch may be a nuisance. Montana has plenty of motorcycle rider, which can be loud.

Positive: It was stocked better than any other condo we’ve rented. Beds were comfortable. The condo was quiet, spacious, and close enough to walk to landmarks around town. The owner answered our call immediately and took care of an issue with the door code. The information about the condo, landmarks, restaurants, and things to do were clearly displayed.
