Summary: Our stay at this adorable beachfront rental in Crescent Beach, Florida, was nothing short of perfect. The house itself was so charming—decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home filled with years of happy memories. You could tell that this is a home that invites a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Just a short drive from the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, we enjoyed the best of both worlds: quiet, peaceful beachfront living and easy access to the vibrant culture and history of the city. It was the ideal blend for anyone looking to relax but still explore nearby attractions. Especially perfect for multi generational family vacations as this location has something for everyone. What truly set this place apart was how tranquil the area was. Crescent Beach is such a hidden gem—away from the crowds, so quiet and serene, with the only sounds being the waves and the occasional seabird. We felt so fortunate to have direct access to the beach, where we spent much of our time walking and playing on the beach, soaking in the sunrise, and being able to enjoy the ocean breeze right from the deck. Our two young kids (9 & 4) are already asking when we are going back! Overall, this was a dreamy escape, and we can’t wait to return. It was truly the perfect getaway!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here! Great house for the price. However beach access is a bit difficult especially for young children, elders and others with health issues. Great space plenty of room for our trip!

Summary: We booked OK then we got relocated twice and both through email specially the second one hours before our arrival but no phone call it was very upsetting. The place was great is was just the access to the beach it was not an easy task for our elderly mom to go to the beach but we managed. I also left something behind and I need to know how I can get it back, I will make arrangements to make it easy to mail it to me if possible?

Summary: Great vacation for our family! The house was perfect & had tons on space along with everything described! It was in great location & the beachfront views & intercostal were amazing! Only issue was the walk down to beach was steep, but option to use the neighborhood’s walkway helped! We hope to stay there again!

Summary: Problems started at arrival. To start there was a bag of trash left on the kitchen counter but I’m not sure where the trash was from because the cleaning crew was way subpar. Trash and personal items left under furniture and dusting could have been done better by my 5 year old. I could have dealt with those issues but the fact that the house had spiders and roaches was outrageous! We had to spend $20 each morning on coffee bc the coffee maker had tiny bugs coming out of it as well. I contacted the “help line” 5 times during our stay and received promises of the local contact to call me which never happened. Those were the reasons I requested a refund and told them I would leave from day 1. Now onto the convince issues and misleadings. Out of the 5 bedrooms only 1 had a tv, there was also one in the living area; you had to use streaming apps on both. 3 bedrooms had closet only 2 had dresser drawers and one of the rooms it was piled full of random items and was unusable. The house pictures online show a house that is outdated but kept; that is NOT what you get with this house. Stains and rust covered the drop ceilings, the wiring had issues (sometimes lights would work other times they would not), the driveway had not been kept up with and in turn our cars were scratched by the bushes/trees that lined the entry. Now onto the beach access: if you have a member of your group that has leg/back issues you will have to drive down the road to public access where you can drive on the beach. There IS a walkway but you have to walk up and down a very steep hill (made of loose sand of course) it is passable but difficult. Good points: the bed situation was convenient for our circumstances, as mentioned before you can drive on the beach and you are near the public access. Also it’s only about 20 mins away from downtown which is amazing! The beach is great! Tons of space and not crowded at all. Would definitely visit the area again but would NOT stay in this rental or any others managed by this company.

Summary: very nice casual property; location cannot be beat. Loved the family feel of the space. One of the downstairs bedroom smelled a tad mildewy, as though it had some water leak at some point, but the rest of the spot was terrific. We'd love to return.
