Summary: the location, very quiet and with lovely views of the lake

Summary: The staff were absolutely fantastic. I think the hotel is very fortunate to have such wonderful staff. They went out of their way to help. The indoor pool was fantastic, the outdoor pools looked great but we didn't use them at this time of year. Bikes were available free of charge. The breakfast was good, not the most comprehensive we've ever had but the family enjoyed it and what a fantastic view of the lake from our table ! Our room was ok, comfy beds, good shower, a little dated but I saw that some of the rooms we passed had been upgraded. But my main point is to say a big thank you to the staff "cinco estrelas!" When we left our little girl left her pyjamas under her pillow and we received a call to say they could send them on to us... fantastic service ! but we were close by, so picked them up :)
