We can accommodate up to 3 adults only, even though the listing is set for 4 people. One of the beds is child-sized and best suited for a small child rather than an adult.
There are a few wild peacocks on the property. They’re beautiful to watch but can be a bit noisy, especially in the early morning hours.
During the summer months, the RV can get a little warm, as the insulation isn’t perfect. We do provide fans to help keep things comfortable.

Summary: The RV was very nice and owners were friendly. However, we were not used to a septic system and felt the tank should’ve been cleaned more frequently.

Summary: Amazing little gem in the middle of Flowermound! We had a baseball tournament over the weekend and needed a few nights stay with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys..the camper was perfect and we loved the peacock show every day!! We will definitely be back!!
