The oversized main bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower. This inviting and airy room also boasts a private deck with stunning ocean views. A second charming bedroom with queen sized bed also has views from every window. The top floor bedroom is a large family room that has a queen sized bed and two twins. There are two separate sitting rooms and a dining area with gas fireplace. The bright and open plan kitchen and living area with its gorgeous beamed ceilings, granite countertops and views, views, views, is a magical gathering space. There are two additional full bathrooms, one on the main floor, and the other near the second bedroom. There is also an extremely large outdoor shower on the rear deck. The two car garage comes equipped with kayaks, bikes and various other water-craft to enhance your stay. Summary: The beautiful pictures and description of this place does not do it justice. When pulling up to the house, the view of the house was an exciting introduction. Then as you make your way up the path, turn to look across the sound, you realize either way you look you have arrived at the perfect place. Can’t say enough good things about the house inside and out. Made our trip up to the Cape one to remember for a lifetime. Deb was also a pleasure to communicate with, helping with any questions and also making some great recommendations for fun and dining.

Summary: This unique property has one of the most beautiful views of an inlet, marsh and ocean combo that I have seen in Cape Cod. The photos in the listing do not do this view justice-you have to see it yourself. All will enjoy exploring this area from the neighborhood park. The house is wonderful for adults and children with two living areas, large kitchen with everything you could want, large master with bath and it’s own deck, nice second bedroom, and a third room on the top floor with three beds- great for kids. The “windmill” creaks when breezy in that bedroom, but all the pros of this house more than make up for it. There are many bikes and beach items in the garage which were nice to have even though we didn’t use them. Hyannis has plenty of restaurants and activities, so you won’t be bored, and its central location is great to see the rest of the cape. In addition to all this, the owner is very responsive. You won’t regret using this VRBO rental!
