The pool may be used at your own risk and there is no lifeguard on duty. No glass allowed near the pool. There is no pool around the fence. We have landscapers and pool cleaners who will be at the house from time to time. They make their own schedule and may arrive during your visit. They will be outside only. Absolutely no parties allowed at this property. The property is monitored by outside cameras.
You will have the entire home to yourself.
If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%).

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a family-oriented residential area, please respect the neighbors.
