NEW LISTING- MORE PICS COMING... This vintage modern cottage is only 5.5 miles from downtown and 4.5 from Vandy. Enjoy the open floor plan, wood vaulted ceiling, and covered side porch with seating. Located just 3 blocks from 51st Ave, local restaurants and Nashville hot spots. It does in fact have wi-if. Both the king and queen beds are super comfortable. There is also a queen size aerobed which is self inflating and sits high off of the ground. Two roll away cots are also provided.
About the Property: I renovated this home in 2010 by gutting it to the studs and adding a master suite onto the back. It was a perfect-for-me 1300 sf dollhouse, that's why I call it Kimi's cottage. It's interior features hardwoodd floors throughout, granite counters, gas range, open floor plan, vaulted wood ceiling in Great Room and 9 ft ceilings elsewhere. The master bedroom is spacious and the closet could almost qualify as an extra room! One Of my favorite hang out spots is on the side porch with friends and wine.

Summary: Everything about this stay was perfect! The location is great, walkable to a number of restaurants and bars in The Nations. The house was just as described, it was even larger than we expected. So much character with creaky wood floors and historic doors and molding. So clean! The owner was super responsive and made check in and check out a breeze!
