Summary: This is a beautiful, peaceful home with sweeping views of the ocean. It has two kitchens and 6 bedrooms so it's great for large groups. However, it is 45 minutes from the malecon/city so it's not close to activities in Puerto Penaso--but perfect if you want privacy. The house is on three separate levels: 2 bedrooms on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, then the rooftop floor with lounge chairs, tables, BBQ etc. Again, this is perfect for large groups who want privacy. The challenge for us is that we had several elderly people in the group that could not go past the first floor. The stairs are steep, slippery tiles and definitely not safe for anyone with mobility issues. Again, a beautiful space but not appropriate for some groups.

Summary: we had a wide range of family ages and the vrbo facilities made all of us comfortable. All of the families needs were met. That is, we had room for all and privacy when you needed. The home made us all feel comfortable. That added greatly to our vacation. The information book left for us was so important. We knew where everything was located, how it worked, suggestions of places to eat, eventsm and other good information
