Summary: This house was amazing! It had everything we needed and wanted! It was perfect for the event we hosted. The beach was just as wonderful. It was quiet and calm. It felt completely private! From the very first day of my inquiry the property manager Kim was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. She made everything so easy! I would definitely rent this house again!

Summary: While our stay was just two days, it was relaxing and wonderful. Property was just described. Host responded to inquiries within minutes, very attentive. We have been going to rocky point every year for over a decade, we used to stay at resorts, however, we have rented homes the last 3 years, including this stay.. This is our favorite stay so far. It is away from the town center and resorts, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The ocean, at low tide was within 100 yards- this in November, I can only imagine how much closer it is in the summer. The water was warm enough to swim, and we were also able to carry a kayak to paddle along the coast.

Summary: House was exactly as described. Extremely clean and well appointed, plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Beach is right out the back door and very clean/ quiet. Town is quick drive away should you need to get any groceries/supplies. Would 100% stay again.
