The IRINI holiday home complex is located in the south-east of the island, approx. 4.5 km from the charming village of Lefkimi and approx. 3 km south of the small harbour of Lefkimi, on a well-kept, huge garden plot with lawn, many Mediterranean flowers, plants and palm trees. The complex consists of 2 two-storey buildings, which are staggered one behind the other, and a single-storey building perpendicular to them. In the front building, which faces the sea, there are two adjoining studios on the ground floor. The flat on the upper floor is used as a holiday flat by the landlord couple. In the second row, directly behind the front building, there is another house with two flats on each floor. Approx. 60m perpendicular to the second house is another building with 3 adjoining holiday flats.
Approx. 60m away and 90m from the sea is the single-storey house with 2 studios and 1 adjoining holiday flat. The functionally furnished corner studio IRINI 1, with ground-level, rear entrance and beautiful garden view, is located directly next to IRINI Studio 2. The bedroom and bathroom adjoin the open chick corner. From the bedroom there is direct access to the front, small, covered terrace.
In the side part of the garden plot is the common BBQ area of the IRINI holiday home complex for the use of all guests.

Summary: The place is outside of Kavos, at our stay it was quiet. The apartment is nice, with an amazing view on the sea. The landlord was very kind, welcoming and even recommended some places every day that we should visit.

Summary: George is a nice person who welcomed us warmly. He gave us many local addresses to visit the island. The apartment is congruent to the photos. The place is incredible and so quiet. There are sunbeds and it’s possible to use the kayak. We will back with a lot of pleasure.

Summary: We loved staying there! Felt very welcomed and the location was so beautiful. Everything we needed was there and the owner was really nice and always there to ask questions and to help us. We even did a little tour on the paddle board and enjoyed the ocean and the view from the sun beds. The studios were really nice and the WiFi was really good. We would definitely come again. Thank you so much!

Summary: on s'est bien amusé chez Irini studios. georios était toujours là pour nous aider avec tous ce qu'on avait besoin, il est très sympa et accueillant. rien à dire sur le studio, il est bien identique à la description et les photos. la mer est juste à côté, l'eau est pure et donne envie de passer toute la journée avec leq petits poissons qui nageaient avec nous xD. un Lidl pas loins ( 5 min en voiture pour faire des courses). la nuit est très ambiancée au centre de Kavos, il y a plusieurs bars, boites de nuits, salles de jeux ( mini bowling, billard.....) qui restent ouvert trop tard dans la nuit. Parmi les soucis qu'on avait; la salle de bain, une fois on prenait notre douche elle était remplie d'eau, et du coup même la Chambre devenait humide après. le soir y a beaucoup de moustiques dehors, dans la chambre on avait les produits. Rapport qualité prix super intéressant.
