You will have the entire house to yourself. Even though it is located in town it has a fenced yard for privacy. Sleeps up to 7.
You can enjoy the back porch or side deck, or relax outside at the fire pit.
located just a few blocks from Wellston Bike Trail.
Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
Plenty to do. Very uniquely decorated property. Board Games, Corn-hole, bicycles, firepit, charcoal grill, unique attic bedroom area.
Smart TV, WIFI, Desk available in the larger bedroom.
note: if you want to access the attic you must be able to climb a ladder. attic not recommended for small children.
The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware's and utensils.

In the event of a mechanical failure, we will make every effort to have all reported malfunctions corrected as promptly as possible. All our properties are privately owned.
We supply enough consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry det, trash bags etc...to get started. If you have multiple guests, long stays, or use a lot of these items be prepared to bring your own or pickup at one of the local convenience stores nearby. We do not restock these items while being rented.

Summary: Overall good experience, close to many lakes and Hocking Hills. Only wish bikes were in working condition and hot tub was not so over powering with chemicals. Would stay again.

Summary: We were looking for a little get away in a small town with a hot tub. This rental deffinetly met our needs. House had all the amenenties we were looking for and some of the odd/interesting touches that make rentals like this fun, like the odd ladder to tha attic room.

Summary: Property is located close in proximity to everything you could need during your stay. I stayed with family and friends on our annual Ohio hunting trip and we all went in different directions to hunt but always seemed to make it back to the shabby shack about the same time for stories and food! I’ll be back next year with more friends and family. I don’t mind the storage building in back where there is plenty of parking.
