Positive: The location was ideal for visiting Redwoods or a short walk to ocean. The value for rental was awesome compared to other rentals in area. Strong wifi & all the amenities for comfortable stay. The owner's communication & accommodating earlier checkin request.

Negative: Was not expecting home to be as small. The lock box was a bit difficult too.
