Summary: My buddies and I had a great time celebrating our friend getting married. The booking process was very easy, check in was simple. The house was very clean and organized. The outdoor patio was a hit, everyone enjoyed being out there. Would definitely rent this property again!

Summary: Loved this tri-level home for our girlfriend (for 6) weekend stay in April 2024 to explore Greenville, SC. The home is very spacious with a large main level kitchen and living room (great TV) with plenty of seating. Upper level with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and lower level with dining table, desk area and small area with futon and TV. Very clean and well stocked kitchen with supplies. Outdoor area is large with firepit and seating-which we weren't able to use because of the chilly weather. We were concerned about the number of beds since there were 6 adult women. It worked for us with the 3 beds for 3 women, 2 slept on the LR sectional and 1 on the futon on the lower level. They also had 2 nice air mattresses for us to use if needed-but we did not. Great communication from host with any questions we had. Highly recommend this house in very quiet residential area close to downtown.

Summary: We stayed one night and couldn't have been happier. The outdoor area was just lovely. Everything was clean, organized, and had lots character. We got some fire logs and enjoyed the fire pit, cooked a meal (the kitchen had everything we needed and more) and just relaxed. The host Gabriel was very responsive. I let him know it was my wifes birthday, and they got her a birthday card, it was very nice. 10/10 would stay again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Nice home and very convenient to downtown. Only constructive comment is it has two bedrooms w double beds and one with a queen. Very comfortable for 3 guys or a couple with 2 or 3 kids. There were 4 men in our group (attended a Clemson game). One had to sleep on the sectional sofa. That was fine, but the description implied more sleeping space. Great communication with the host. I would definitely stay there again but I suggest that the description more accurately reflect sleeping accommodations

Summary: Gabriel was an amazing host, super helpful and responsive. The definition of a "super host". The space is as advertised, very cozy and close to a lot of fun things to do in Greenville! Enjoyed our stay immensely. Absolutely will be staying at Gabriel's house the next time we visit this wonderful city!

Summary: Clean, our destinations were easily reached from this property. Host was always available, responsive and helpful. Had a very nice welcome basket waiting for us. Had several rooms with entertainment options set up, so that worked well the night we got rained out of the back yard. Backyard entertainment options are wonderful. All in all, a very good experience.
