It is an excellent weekender for sporting events for Clemson, Furman or Regional Sports Tournaments. If requested, a 6-foot serving table is on site with 6 folding chairs. For extended stays, washer and dryer are in the unit.
The upstairs loft has king bed and large walk in closet. Just off the loft is a large, fully tiled shower and bathroom with a seat in the shower for relaxing after a hard day. Out side the barn doors to the loft is a double bed that sleeps 2, a large dressing and seating area with 2 chest of drawers and TV and a crib. The downstairs bedroom has queen bed and large closets. A single gel mattress is downstairs queen bedroom closet and can be used any place in the loft. The main dining and seating area has a television, Wifi, and three window view of Main Street. This loft is located in the heart of downtown so absolute quiet cannot be guaranteed on the weekend, during a street festival or after a large event. A sound machine to drown out any noise is provided in each room for light sleepers.
