Summary: Great accommodations, location and overall experience. Never spoke to the hosts, but never had a reason to. The small touches around the property were noticed and appreciated by our family. Summary: First time staying here with my family members and it was amazing! We didn’t want to leave haha. It was super clean, and they had everything we needed on the property. I felt like I was at home, Such a beautiful place to come and relax for a weekend getaway! I am recommending everyone I know here. The host were also very sweet, and attentive!

Summary: This was such a unique and wonderful property! I was able to bring my whole family and their spouses to Davenport to visit my oldest child and his wife and my first grandchild to spend the weekend to celebrate our Christmas! This home has EVERYTHING you would need! Plenty of space to be together or spread out. I definitely will be back during warmer months to take advantage of the wonderful outside areas! Thank you for allowing us to experience this property.❤

Summary: We sent our guys to work in Davenport. This property gave them a place that felt like home with views to top it off. Host(s) were great and worked with us to ensure the best stay possible. Door codes and a welcome letter were sent in plenty of time before. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: Nice location-rural with big yard yet close to Bettendorf. Clean and spacious, multilevel provided privacy for a large group. Kitchen well stocked; pans/dishes, even a slow cooker. Large patio has ample seating and a fire table. Hosts were very responsive when we needed a propane tank refill. Great experience - would stay here again!

Summary: This property is unique and the pictures do not do it justice! I rented it for a bridal party and it was perfect. Enough room to spread out, but also big enough space to all come together. Each room offers something different. A must experience place!!!
