Positive: The room was lovely - so spacious and spotlessly clean. Everyone who worked there were incredibly helpful. They recommended restaurants that catered to solo travellers, gave me a map where they highlighted the subway (5 minutes away) and other places I might want/need and organised a taxi for me to the airport, they were all just so friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was brilliant and a great start to the day

Positive: Location was excellent. Subway station nearby. Bars and restaurants nearby. Spacious for the money. Free laundry (as long as you do it yourself). Very friendly and helpful staff.
