Summary: Because of the centralized heating system of the hotel, we felt very warm and stuffy inside the room for the first 2 nights. The staff had to lend us an electric fan to use at night. Overall, the concierge team is helpful, specially the girl named Alex. There’s an outdoor pool but who would want to use it during winter time anyway. 😅
