Negative: They did not have the house ready for us at check in time. It was 2 hours later.

Positive: Location was great, beds were comfortable
Negative: Needs a teapot and Kleenex in the bathroom. Also the garage while large was not accessible for us because our car was too large to gain access in the alley. I knew this prior to arriving though so it was not a surprise. Furst floor toilet was not clean when we arrived (it had a ring around it)
Summary: Great location and good for able bodied folks as there are lots of stairs.

Positive: Spacious, with good views (especially from the deck), close to the heart of town, comfortable furniture, & well-equipped.
Negative: Parking is difficult if you aren't arriving in a very small vehicle. No legal loading/unloading areas nearby. Trains are noisy if you have the windows open for fresh air.
Summary: Good choice, we will likely return someday.

Positive: Close to downtown. Clean, comfortable rooms. Rooftop area was very nice.
Negative: Too close to train tracks and freeway. Parking was a problem. Second bedroom and bathroom were not well set up.
