Positive: Loved our stay! Such a great spot! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a really nice area with plenty to do nearby. It felt safe and super convenient for getting around. The host was fantastic — really responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Positive: The host was very responsive, the AC is cold, the shower has a good water pressure. The host also provides mineral water and the apartment as all the utensil/cookware needed. Wifi was fast, and hotel slipper was also provided.

Negative: The bathtub really needs thorough cleaning, there was molding all around the bathtub. I know for a fact that labor/maintenance is cheap in Jakarta, the owner can even raise the rate for $1-2 a night and can easily cover the expenses to fix and get rid of the mold. The room/apt also smells funky, I'm not sure where the source is coming from but the room doesn't smell pleasant when you enter the apartment, again this is easily fix by putting in some room refresher, I'm not sure why this is not done, maybe because the owner doesn't live in the city? If you judge the size based on the picture, you will be kind of disappointed, as the place feels smaller than what the pictures portrayed.

Positive: The owner is very responsive, instructions very clear, the value for money is high: the are two pools in the building as well as convenience store. Kitchen is clean and easy to use, with all the amenities necessary. Air conditioning is working very well and the view was spectacular. Location is also very nice.

Positive: Overall a good experience. The place had everything I needed for a short stay . Smooth check in . Kitchen, TV and washing machine did a good job. Lotte mall nearby has a good market for fresh good.

Negative: At around 4 am the muezzin started and it was really loud. I even woke up wearing ear plugs . And the praying takes a long time. Furniture is in ok condition but don’t expect too much .
