Summary: Our stay in this home was amazing! very clean and had everything we needed. All utensils and extra items were there. The communication with the owner was always easy and responded super fast. I would totally stay there again!

Summary: This property worked wonderfully for our group gathering. We weren't holding a large event, just a reunion of several families and individuals, totaling about 20 people staying at the house. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. And the property - oh my goodness, the views! - was amazing. It was sufficiently cool, even in late July, to enjoy the massive deck throughout the day. The surrounding area is also so beautiful and we hiked to Crabtree Falls one day, Linville Falls another day. Overall, would definitely stay here again! Just for reference (but not significant enough to warrant a lower rating): The parking is tricky at this property. They don't allow use of the garage so fitting more than a few vehicles becomes a tetris tournament. We made it work, but just be mindful of this. Also, it is a little odd to have a house this large and accommodating this many people, and only have one refrigerator. Most similarly sized homes for rent have two. We made it work, but just a comment for future guests to prepare for.

Summary: It is rare to have a unanimous decision amongst a large group between the ages of 10-83, but everyone agrees this is one of the best vacation homes we have rented. The views were spectacular, the house was well stocked, and there was plenty of room to spread out. Property managers were very attentive and responsive to any issue, large or small. Will definitely book again!

Summary: Lovely spacious home with great features and a well equipped kitchen; it is a great home for large family gatherings. Also, the bed linens were really comfy. There were a couple of things that needed attention (e.g. a number of light bulbs needed to be replaced, and we were not able to activate gas logs in card room - no remote control). One suggestion: provide firewood during cooler months; even if at an additional cost.

Summary: This property is so incredible! The view is stunning, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The sauna is such a nice perk. We had plenty of space to cook, play games, and gather in the living areas. My only complaint would be that the check-out requirements were extensive, such as wiping down the inside and outside of the fridge, paying extra to leave our trash there (all receptacles are closed on Sunday which is when we checked out), and folding the bed quilts.
