Summary: The house was in a good location to navigate the city with great views. The place was easy to access, clean, had everything we needed and response time was fast with any questions. I would recommend.

Summary: Really modern place that felt like a bachelor pad where the owner failed to keep it up: namely kitchen and bathrooms with very, very old towels, mats, and stains. The neighborhood was marginal at best with some homes exteriors crumbling. Did feel safe, but disappointed re desire to walk the neighborhood with dog or with wife.

Summary: In town for a family member's surgery. The house is located short distance and easy navigation from CHI St. Vincents and made a tough situation so much more bearable. The house is immaculate and is appointed well. Everything is strategically placed as well. All the comforts of home with the addition of a beautiful view! Enjoyed morning and evening walks around the neighborhood as well. Will stay here again if the need arises!
