Summary: This property is great. The home is well furnished and very comfortable. Great manager to work with as well. The location is very convenient to the Little Rock area. Easy to get in and out of. The back yard is nice and gated for pets to be secure. Love it and hope to stay there next time we are in Little Rock.

Summary: House was just right! Had just what we needed and location was great (other than the busy street). No street noise in the master bedroom in the back. Trees will leave a lot of sap on cars so be sure to wash after the stay!

Summary: We stayed here with our family while we were attending a wedding outside of Little Rock. The house was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the sitting room at the back of the house. If you are planning to cook a lot, this might not be the house for you. The kitchen items were fairly sparse compared to other rentals we've stayed in (e.g., older pots and pans, no colander). One of the people staying in the front bedroom was bothered by the traffic noise on the weekend. The property owner was very easy to communicate with.

Summary: My husband, my daughter, her boyfriend and our two dogs stayed here in late July. We are from LR, but haven't lived there in five years. We were delighted to be close to everything and loved the house and yard. It's the perfect size with plenty of room to stretch out and the fenced back garden is great to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. It was well-stocked and maintained. We will be back.
