Summary: The property was everything it is described to be! Beautiful, clean and cosy with everything you need (except towels so bring those!). The location is beautiful and there is a little shop down the road with friendly English speaking staff (very little English). This villa would be perfect for people wanting a quiet week away surrounded by vineyards in a properly French village like you see in films! It would be suited to people who perhaps like walking if not, I would recommend hiring a car as it is very remote and the taxi company's do not speak English making it very difficult to book one! Ales is 5 minutes away and is very pretty, if you wanted a place a little bigger with more to do Nimes is 30 minutes away and is a lovely town. We booked for the week as we had a friends wedding and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet week away in the South of France!
