Positive: Clean, comfortable, easy to park if you have a lot of car coming with you, very convenient since near to 7e, mcd, anw, family mart, 99speedmart etc. kids also can play in front of the house

Negative: The area is a new developed area, which need to be careful when driving since quite dark especially during rain. Also not enough towel and soap which is understandable since this homestay is quite new and we did bring our own
