Positive: The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the highway. The house is big, well kept, clean enough, and the check in and out are very easy. The area is full of monkeys which is definitely a plus for the kids, who were amazed
Negative: The property misses the last round of cleaning (for the owner: check under the beds, and the kitchen tools) and ... Check out for monkeys!
Summary: Recommended stay

Positive: The room is so special. The ambient is positive. The cleanliness is superb. The welcome snacks are thoughtful. The host is responsive. The furniture and paint chosen are fantastic. Self-check in and out.
Negative: Only downside are the location is beside the communication tower and has a lot of monkeys. No room service if you stay more than 1 night. Just my 2 cents, the host may consider to provide make up room service if the guest stay more than 1 day.
Summary: Overall it's worth to stay. Will stay again in the future.
