Summary: Had a great time in the in-ground hot tub, playing games, and cooking in the kitchen with some friends! Plenty of space and close to Dallas. The house is a little older but very refurbished, in a quiet family neighborhood (other than the dogs next door). While the sleeping situation is a little odd for some 30 somethings, it's completely as advertised and has a lot of beds and space. Great stay!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open concept is fantastic to be able to converse while being in the kitchen. The house is a little bit older so is a bit quirky. It worked perfect for a small group for business planning. The outside space is fantastic and the pool made the heat extremely bearable. the hot water heater went out and they were there fixing it within the hour. Summary: Awesome house to have a staycation at. The house has amazing Texas themed decor and felt so cozy. The pool was clean and warm. In Dallas the weather is still bipolar so their pool being heated was a plus for us. The owner was super nice and easy to get in touch with if we needed to. I recommend this house and will be renting out again.
