Positive: Neil and Michelle were gracious hosts and their home is perfect! House was spotless when we arrived. The pool and hot tub and various lounge seating were so relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and there were plenty of towels and pool floats . We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to grocery stores.

Positive: The owners made great use of fun spaces out back, pool, miniature golf, plenty of comfortable seating areas and there are plenty of toys and towels. Full working kitchen with an excellent coffee station. Location is a 12.00 Lyft to the beach or several breweries. Quiet neighborhood, good for a stroll.

Negative: Back yard is actually a larger area than photos show, try to get a drone photo shot.

Positive: The house was perfect place to host our family vacation. The weather was beautiful in December and we really enjoyed the outdoor spaces for hanging out and sharing meals together. There were a lot of different spaces (inside and outside), which was great for our group. The location was very convenient and comfortable. Close to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Publix, Costco, Trader Joes, Barnes and Noble, etc. Also the house is in a safe, quiet, and walkable neighborhood that we enjoyed with the dogs. Beaches are close and a short drive away. Lastly, our hosts were incredible. The inside of the house, outside areas and pool area were really clean and well maintained. The pool is nicely detailed, was at a great temperature and was lit up at night. Interactions with our hosts were efficient and professional. We also enjoyed some nice surprises as well through our stay (including a Christmas tree, some local treats and some equipment to aid with disability access) !

Positive: The house is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool and mini golf court are outstanding. All the rooms were great. The hosts were super nice and helpful. We will definitely come back and fully recommend. Also, it was great located, near the beach.
