Welcome to our family retreat, a sprawling 12k square foot home designed to create memories with your loved ones.
We can accommodate up to 20 guests. Each guest bedroom features king or queen beds(one full bed), with additional twin and futon beds in nearly every room, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.
Our gym has cardio and weightlifting equipment, a basketball court, and a climbing wall. The gym also transforms into a dance party with a high-quality sound system, disco lights, and a projector.
The game room features a ping pong table, billiards, darts, air hockey, and a card table.
Our 9-seat movie theater features reclining chairs, a 4K projector, and a premium sound system.
Our resort-style backyard has a large pool, a hot tub, a sprawling lawn, and a playground for the kids.*Pool is seasonal and will not be available for rentals Nov-April.

Summary: This place has it all! We hosted a family reunion here and every family member no matter what age had plenty of entertainment in this beautiful home. The slide from the living room to the basement, game room with pool, air hockey and pink pong, swimming pool and trampoline were a huge hit! The home is gorgeous and has plenty of comfy spaces to gather and sleep. The kitchen has everything needed to feed large groups- even two dishwashers and ovens. Hosts were responsive when needed. We would book here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Each summer we travel as a family (grandpa + parents + kids = 17 vacationers) and this is one of the best houses we have rented. Lauren and Justin were amazing hosts. They gave us a tour of the property and were readily available for any questions. The house was spacious--with plenty of gathering areas, as well as enough space for people to get away from each other if they wanted. The kids (and adults) were thrilled with the pool and indoor gym. The playroom was also a big hit. The kitchen is well stocked and big enough for multiple people to help make meals. Two dishwashers and two laundry rooms were also very nice to have. The location is great. Thank you, Lauren and Justin, for letting us enjoy your home!

Summary: Our family of 21 from all over congregated in this lovely, spacious, well appointed, clean, crazy fun home for a family reunion and celebration of life. We never left the house, cooked every meal in the beautiful kitchen, hung out in the pool/hot tub, theatre room, arcade, game room and off the chart gym. Justin and Lauren are extremely nice and were always available. Justin even did a rock climbing session with our kids! They went above and beyond! Highly recommend this 5-star resort home that is just an hour Uber ride from the Denver airport!

Summary: Had a wonderful time. All 19 of us had beds, plenty of room for activities, eating, spread out to give everyone space. Kitchen was great, well stocked with everything needed to cook with. Grandkids enjoyed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong and game room. Pool was great, plenty of seating for sunbathing and pergola was nice for shade and pickle showers. Would recommend for large groups.

Summary: We had our annual family reunion here, we’ve been doing this for over 15 years now & have stayed at numerous places all over the US. This was the best place yet. Everything we could dream of doing was right there at the property. The pool was pristine, gym was a blast, movie theatre was so cozy, the toy room was a hit, kitchen was big and complete, the list goes on & on. Pristine place & all the beds were comfortable. We have zero complaints and all 18 of us had the time of our lives! Thank you for the accommodations, we made priceless memories here!

Summary: We were delighted with the property and its amenities as well as the hosts who were helpful and responsive to our needs. We had 18 adults, and it was a perfect place to eat as a group, as well as enjoy the relaxing activities like soaking in the pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoying the view of the nature center and the birds. We enjoyed time in the gym, game room, movie theater and arcade room. Thank you so much for offering a great place so close to CSU.
