Summary: We had a wonderful time at graduation and this beautiful property let us all be together! It's an older house, and that comes with charm and a few challenges. But very much worth it. Careful with GoogleMaps - seems to take us to the back alley of the house, but there is parking out front.

Summary: We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday here and it was a perfect choice. The two kitchens, front and back patio, and the location close to downtown and the campus made it a good fit. On the weekend the street is a little lively at night, but nothing to deter us from staying here again. Neighbors were very friendly and check in and check out was easy. One thing to note...don't bother to try and check in before 3:00. The key pad will not let you in the house until check in time and will promptly lock you out. :) We recommended this location to our friends who have a son graduating this year from CSU.

Summary: Great house for a variety of types of gatherings. Two complete kitchens, all bedrooms are comfortable and have good access to bathrooms, nice patios and backyard. Convenient walk to several food options and a Target. Very clean, great communication, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Perfect spot for our remote work team to meet in person. Effortless check-in and out. Great communication. Quick walk to many restaurant options and Target for last-minute supplies and dinner/drinks. The house has plenty of room to spread out to allow privacy for each person and a great living room, and kitchen space. We'll be back!

Summary: We had a wonderful time during our stay! We stayed at the home with a group for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect location for all we had planned. Was within walking distance to downtown for our Friday evening outing and also great location to be able to get an Uber to bring us to Horsetooth the following day! The home was completely stocked with everything we needed in BOTH kitchens and more than enough towels and blankets! Thank you Harriet for a wonderful stay!
