Positive: We really appreciated the warm welcome from our host and the cottage was very clean and welcoming. The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for our week's stay. The location is really nice with easy access to the mountains and forests.

Negative: We found the house to be rather chilly as the heating was only set to come on for a minimum amount of time. Shame there's no wood burner as that would make it more cosy. We made good use of the blankets in the living room! Sadly, not the fault of the cottage, but the formerly well stocked shop and post office in Nethy Bridge has recently closed down, (Feb '23) so don't rely on stocking up from there.
