Positive: We liked everything about this place. The location is at few meters from the beach. The room was clean and bed comfortable. And the staff was so kind with us. Also booked our excursion with them and it was amazing.

Positive: Location was ideal. Can’t be too far from everything on this small island but a less than a 30 second walk to the water was unbelievable.
Negative: Snorkeling equipment available for loan was very nice but not in great shape. If you care, bring your own.

Positive: Everything. They pick you up from the port upon arrival. The room was large, the bed huge. A fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Mask, snorkel and fins available to borrow for free. Great breakfast. 30meters from the beach. Loads of restaurants and cafe nearby. In easy and quick reach of the main beach.

Positive: Beautiful room and great service! We did an amazing manta tour with Musko and it was a highlight of our trip! Thanks so much :) Breakfast was great. They picked us up and dropped us off at the pier, even at a VERY early departure. Would love to come back and stay again!
Negative: We stayed in the newer property which was great for us. The bathroom (shower) does have a high open ceiling so some critters can make their way inside but we liked the nature concept! It was modern and down to earth.
Summary: Amazing stay at Ukulhas View! Wish we stayed longer.

Positive: The hotel staff and owner are very responsive, meeting guests at the port and taking them back. Upon request, they added and changed bathroom amenities and provided more drinking water. The room has hot water, a kettle with tea and coffee bags, plug adapters, a hairdryer, and a TV. The room also had air conditioning and a fan. There were also beach towels and shared clothes dryers. You can borrow flippers for free at the hotel. You can book excursions with the hotel owner. We had one of the two large rooms located on the second floor. There is a large shared terrace where you can sit and dry your clothes. From our room, we had a view of the ocean through palm trees and other trees. The beach is literally across the street, and there are also lots of bars with free sun beds nearby. There is a place to wash your feet at the hotel entrance. The internet worked well at the hotel. The hotel offers six breakfast options, three of which are local. We also ordered a speedboat, which cost $50 per person one way and took 1.5 hours from Male Airport.
Negative: During our 9-night stay, the room was cleaned only once. At breakfast and in the room, coffee was only available in packets. The TV set-top box did not work, so we could not watch regular television. Some of the sockets sparked and crackled. The metal clothes dryer may leave rust on clothing. The stairs to the second floor are very steep. In the evening, you can hear tourists singing from the bars. It was difficult to find the check-in point for the speedboat at the airport. They charge an additional fee for card payments, which we did not know about in advance.

Positive: Our stay at Ukulhas View was absolutely amazing. We stayed in a beautiful upstairs room with a large balcony. The room was spacious, clean, had a big comfortable bed, and was equipped with air conditioning. Breakfast was included in the price, and we chose it the day before from a selection of local and continental dishes. Our favorite was definitely Massuni – you absolutely have to try it! 🥥🐟 Each breakfast also came with a plate of fresh fruit and a drink. One big advantage of this accommodation is its location – it’s right next to the bikini beach, which is super convenient! But what truly stood out was the staff – they took care of us wonderfully, 24/7. From the pickup at the harbor, to the service and cleanliness of the accommodation, to the organization of trips – everything was just perfect! 🥰 The excursions are organized by the owner, Musko, himself. We went with him and his colleague snorkeling with manta rays and nurse sharks, and also did some fishing – we enjoyed every moment of it. A big thank you to Ukulhas View for everything. We’ll definitely be back one day! ❤️
