Positive: Quiet location, parking available in gravel courtyard, large and spacious accommodation, cookies, prosecco and beers as a welcome pack, comfy beds.

Negative: Unable to close curtains on a couple of the large windows properly to block out the early morning daylight. Was strange getting used to the open plan bathroom but very spacious and missed having a walk in shower but we coped ok.

Summary: Ideal for short stays in quiet location and spacious barn conversion

Positive: The location was absolutely beautiful and the house was lovely and friendly and warm and very good for our dog.

Negative: We really missed a shower. Staying there as a family of four getting us all washed in a bath every day was a bit tricky, however there was always plenty of hot water The Kitchen wasn't very well stocked for cooking in, however when we needed a bread knife the owner brought one round for us to use.

Summary: peaceful and quite with easy access to family in Ditchling and lovely walks with our dog.
