Positive: Good location, 5 minutes by car from strip with restaurants. Great kitchen facilities: microwave, airfryer. Crisps and biscuits laid on. Toys and games for children. Quiet, big space. Clare very helpful about check-in/check-out times and great communicator.

Negative: Sofabed was uncomfortable for adult. Loo had sliding door which doesn't close properly so not complete privacy in toilet. Loo and shower combined in small 'wet room'.

Summary: Spacious quiet spot which we'd happily use again if we didn't need the sofabed.

Positive: The condition of the property was immaculate, aesthetically pleasing and super cosy! The host is an amazing person, she made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. She also left me a basket of goodies which had crips, cookies, bananas along with essentials like bread and milk. Will highly recommend staying here. :)

Positive: The host was warm and welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice cozy space that worked well for our little family. Parking right outside and access to an EV charging point was ideal for us.

Negative: The table/eating space is set up for couples rather than a family, but that's a small critique of an otherwise lovely studio and didn't stifle out 4 year old climbing up onto the snazzy breakfast bar-style stools.

Positive: The Hidden Home is very well finished and equipped with all that you need for a short break. The space has been very well considered and brought together perfectly to ensure comfort and convenience. Bed and pillows are comfortable and made for a sound night's sleep. The underfloor heating ensures the space is cosy. Loved the large and luxurious towels! Clare hosted fantastically and gave some great advice on accessing the local area as well as being so kind to offer to share a lift when we were booked on the same evening event. Treats on arrival and availability of tea, coffee, milk and condiments were much appreciated. We chose not to drive and take the train which was very convenient as the train station is only a short walk away and there is an abundance of trains to the main towns and cities including Brighton. Lindfield is a pretty village steeped in history and facilities and all within walking distance, We would certainly return to explore more of the local area.

Negative: Everything is so well thought through that it is difficult to find anything that we didn't like! The wet room is well designed for the living space - it takes a little getting used to - not a negative.

Summary: Fantastic property, conveniently located, well equipped, run with pride, certainly one to return to.
