Positive: It's a beautiful villa. And only 15-20mins from the airport so a good first or last night hotel.
Negative: They totally fleece you on the food and drink. £6 bottle of waters and 10% service applied to everything.
Summary: Beautiful but the extras bill will sting

Positive: We had a pleasant stay at this charming hotel, highlighted by friendly and attentive service. The food was excellent, with great quality and taste. The property itself is beautifully designed in a colonial style, with lovely rooms and a well-maintained, peaceful atmosphere. With only seven rooms, the hotel offers a very personal and intimate experience, which we truly appreciated. Another big advantage is the quiet location, while still being conveniently close—just about 30 minutes—from Colombo Airport (CMB).
Negative: while we enjoyed our stay overall, the price-performance ratio did not feel entirely justified
Summary: A charming colonial-style hotel with friendly service, excellent food, and a peaceful, intimate atmosphere near CMB airp
