Positive: The location was perfect for us. Near several train stations and within walking distance to Asakusa, Ueno, and Akihabara. The facilities were clean and we overall would've had a good stay if it had a sliding door to partition the beds from the living room area.

Negative: In my opinion, the title of the listing is misleading. It says one bedroom, but it is really a studio apartment. Based on the description and the pictures, I thought there were sliding doors that sectioned off the sleeping platform area from the rest of the apartment, like in the other rooms. There were not. That was a huge issue for us as we had two small children who had trouble going to sleep because the adults were still needing to get things ready for the next day while they were trying to sleep. Our kids ended up with not enough sleep for our last 3 days of the trip, which definitely had some negative effects for everyone.

Positive: Super comfy for a family of 4! Nice beds. Very Japanese and also very modern. Had all that we needed. Very close to Ueno park and zoo and train station. Stores and restaurants just blocks away. Very soundproof. We heard no one else in the building. Staff was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. Very impressed!

Positive: The location is good. Close to Ueno busy area. Very close to few of Convenience Stores. The Host very responsive and attend our needs in prompt manner. I really appreciate my communication with the host. Very professional and responsive.

Negative: One of the room that my friend stay, she told me that her bed and pillow are smelly. So she has to toss it away. I haven't smell it yet as she told me only after. If I know earlier, I can try to communicate with the host. Message for the host, please try to pay more attention to it. Other than that, every thing are great.
