Positive: Proximity to the Harare Hippodrome and Shopping Centre, big and comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast, friendly staff. Property is well secured.

Negative: The main gate is manually operated. Although it is for the safety of guests and staff, it requires to a couple of knocks a couple of times before the staff at reception can hear and manually unlock and open the steel gate.
