Positive: This apartment provided space and comfort with great facilities and location. 711 across the road, 5mins walk to major food options. Fantastic public transport right outside the short street. We made use of the washing machine and enjoyed the local restaurants. The apartment was clean and our family enjoyed the downtime.

Negative: Unfortunately the massage chair wasn't working but staff did offer to come and check it over, we declined as it wasnt a necessity, I was just happy for it noted as inoperable upon arrival. Needs new or additional pillows as we found these uncomfortable. Outside apartment stairwell needs a good cleaning as cobwebs hung to stairs.

Positive: The location is very good, very convenient on a quiet street in a busy neighborhood close to Susukino Station and the tram. There is a 7-11 across the street and a good grocery store (Daiichi) on the B2 level in Susukino Station. The two showers work well even at the same time.

Negative: The size of the showers are bit small. There is currently construction next door, which you could sometimes hear during the day.

Positive: Excellent location, walking from Susukino station took us less than 10mins, 7Eleven is just a stone throw away, paid parking was just across the road. Apartment is big and clean for 4 adults, beds were very comfortable, all of us slept very well.

Negative: Nothing

Negative: The walls are very thin and you can hear water moving in the pipes and footsteps overhead. It was a bit small for two adults and a child.

Positive: Place is stylish and managed to fit three people in it with a double bed and a couch. Price was affordable for 5 nights and was extremely close to all convenience stores and local buzz area. There is a mall with an aquarium that you must visit. A cafe next to a train station has amazing pancakes and coffee. They get busy, so getting there early is a must when travelling in the snowy cold weather.

Negative: Heaters in the toilet area and one of the rooms were not working. Shower area does not have hooks for hanging of clothes, so users have to come out of the shower door to access towels and clothes.

Positive: Location was great. Reasonably good sized. Quick and easy check-in. Overall clean

Negative: Apartment was on the ground floor and windows had no security so we couldn't open any windows. Very cheap bed and pillows. Towels were not clean. No carpark available. Construction next door

Summary: Overall good stay. Could recommend. Upstairs would be much better.
