Positive: good breakfast spread. we got to try the local dishes as we had a little time to try it outside

Negative: must have proper guidance at the reception instead of being told "i will be helping you here" in a not so nice way

Positive: The location is strategic enough to reach all the of the Sapporo "central" point of interests within walking distance. Breakfast was okay with enough variety. But the unbeatable aspect was its value for money.

Negative: You get this feeling that the room is somewhat old, even though they keep it sparkly clean to reduce that feeling.
