Positive: Nice design, spotless apartment, very well equipped. Nice big areas inside and outside to cook/play games. Quiet location, but not far from the stores. Hiking opportunites in the area.

Positive: The house is located in a beautiful nature, 10 minutes far from big shopping area (Brezno) and 2 km away from a very good typical SK restaurant (Koliba Gros) where you can find all traditional Slovakian food. The house itself seems brand new, with all IKEA furniture, all kitchen equipment you could need and all small things helping you feeling at home, like capsule for the dish washer, tea, coffee, salt... Even for kids, there were a lot of toys. :) The garden and the super terrace were our most frequented places in the house :) The terrace is fantastic even when raining you don't have to move inside.

Negative: There is only 1 toilet, and for 5 adults it was not always easy to handle... The number of toilet papers were not adequate, of course there was not a big deal to buy toilet papers, it was just curious, as all other things were over calculated. The other issue was the noice when you moved in the upper side of the house, during the night it was very noisy to go downstrairs to the bathroom and come back.

Summary: We would recommend this house for any kind of stay if you like to be close to the nature.

Positive: It was very satisfied visit. House are located in silent neighborhood, just opposite of the river. We spent a lot of time outside, where for example in the morning we ate brekfest on the porch or when sun fell down we make a grill and sitting together in the garden. What suprised us it was a lot of ferniture, stuff etc. was brand new. I rate this house 10/10
