Summary: This review is VERY condensed bc there is not enough room to write all that I wish to. We were prepared to have a good time with a group of 20 here and expected much of what comes with a party spot on 6th st. However, considering this is still a VRBO and not a cheap place I might add, there were many sub-par details, numerous inconveniences, poor cleanliness, and maintenance issues that should not have accompanied our long 4-day weekend here. The entrance to the unit is very unassuming, not just to myself & our guests, but also to the numerous random people who would open our door, poke their head in, daily, at all hours. Very poor maintenance & detail to the unit, poor turn over awareness. There were several nuisances, including needing various kitchen items, iPad charger for the unit, changing the AC filter (so full/dirty it triggered an emergency shutdown to the unit), replacing dirty pillows, trash left in bedrooms, etc. Unreliable execution of the fulfillment of the items/needs. Bedrooms - no storage for luggage except tall standing racks. No luggage benches, plants, cute decorations in bedrooms like pictured. No-one cleaned the pool ALL wknd. Aware of this bc the same trash on sat. as thurs. We opted not to swim on sun. bc it was so murky/dirty. My husband cleaned the pool. For the cost, there were too many maintenance issues, poor amenities inside the unit, lagging fulfillment of needs, and questionable cleanliness inside and outside of the unit.

Summary: This house exceeded all our expectations. Perfect setup for a big group. Tons of space to hang out, amazing big dining table, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, and amazing roof deck. Excellent communication and support from the property managers. We loved Inn Cahoots!

Summary: Inn Cahoots is even more stunning in person! Our group had an unforgettable stay. The location is perfect and yet we had everything we needed to never leave our unit. The rooftop at sunset was our absolute favorite! The beds are super fluffy and we all got a great night's sleep!
