Summary: Apartment definitely needs a facelift - lots of scratches, dents & dings. Also not totally clean - dust and hair everywhere. Internet/WiFi not as advertised, either. The streaming TV didn’t work because wireless connection was bad. Couldn’t use WiFi on phone either. It’s not a connected system - it’s an extender from another router.

Summary: Come to Philly once a month for school related meetings. Was an easy 15 or so minute walk. Felt safe, easy to navigate, check in was simple. My only "criticism" is that the bed in this particular room is really hard! If thats a problem for you, choose another room at this property!!!

Summary: The property was much smaller than expected. The descriptions and pictures make it seem larger. There is only one small room and one small bathroom. The sitting area is a chair in the corner. It is nicely decorated but small. The showre walls had mildew flaking off the grout between the tiles. Quite disgusting. Otherwise the place was clean so not sure how they missed wiping the shower walls. The heater did not seem to work and we were very cold at night. No extra blankets provided. The recommended free parking was not plentiful so we ended up having to drive to UPenn and pay for parking instead of walking there like we originally planned. In addition,w e did not receive checkin instructions the day before as the booking through orbitz stated. I had to call the owner the night before. She said she would send them but did not. I had to text the next day and she sent instructions. (Another couple was trying to get into their room but their code did not work and they could not get ahold of the owner so were stuck in the hallway for an hour.) Finally, this is a great neighborhood, but I got the feeling that the neighbors did not appreciate a short term rental in the middle of the block. Lots of unfriendly looks. Great location but I would not recommend staying there.

Summary: In town for a weekend and this property met our requirements. Located in a quaint, walker-friendly neighborhood, we were able to eat and drink within walking distance. Parking is definitely tough and certainly not big enough for more than 2 people

Summary: We loved the neighborhood. The apartment was nice. It was very clean but not so much under bed. The refrigerator and air conditioner were excellent. It was definitely very difficult getting parking even on reccomended streets. My daughter had to drop me off in front of house. It took her 30 minutes to find parking and had to walk 15 minutes.
