Summary: The property was a bit of a challenge. There is no bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen did not meet our needs. The electric water pot was broken, not a good selection of pots or pans. The upper level did not have enough seating. The β€œview” out the back door was depressing to say the least. The apartment was not as clean as most places we stay at. The towels we very thin. We had a good time in spite of the condition of the space.

Summary: Great house for our group of 10. We had plenty of space to spread out, but also big spaces to all be together. Not a well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, but good enough for minor cooking and enough dinnerware to serve takeout instead of eat out of boxes

Summary: Large place with lots of beds. The beds are on the lower end of quality but there are a lot of them. The furniture is also mostly the cheaper kind. House had some maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary for the these kind of rentals. The location is great. Philly is great. I would stay here again.
