Positive: The kitchen and bathroom were nice sizes. The pull out couch to bed was look a queen bed and it was very comfortable.

Negative: I think I might have overlooked there was no bedroom. Then, it was the 8 flights of steps. Top floor heat rise. No real A/C had a portable A/C that you hooked up and tried to fit the vent out the window. Rhen the window open, and birds can fly in.
