Typical Italian popular house in the historical center of Offida (Ascoli Piceno), a lovely medieval village in the Marche region plenty of hilly landscapes and traditions, festivals, typical food, handcraft such as bobbin lace, twenty minutes from the Adriatic Sea and twenty minutes from the Appennines Mountains. Public bus services to the sea are available. The house is situated very close to the famous Romanic church St. Maria della Rocca. Newly restored, but strictly Maintaining the old original taste and style, It consists of three floors plus groundfloor with sitting room and garden. First floor: living kitchen + dining room with fireplace + laundry space with washingmachine. Second floor: two bedrooms, one with terrace with wonderful view on the hills and valley. Third floor: two bedrooms, one with a living attic. Although all bedrooms are not very large, they are equipped with double bed, private toilet with shower, TV and air conditioning by fun coil units. Summary: We absolutely loved our vacation in Offida. The house was perfect for all of us. We were 3 couples, and enjoyed our stay in this beautifully restored house. The village is enchanting, with lots of great restaurants, museums, churches and friendly people. We went to the opera in their charming theatre. We also went for a wine tasting afternoon at Ciu Ciu. A tour of the impressive Santa Maria Della Rocca church, which is steps away from the house. The house is filled with everything you need. We had many al fresco dinners on the backyard patio. The bedrooms offer a spectacular view. Offida is surrounded by vineyards, where you can go for some wine tasting, and buy fabulous wine. We will be back, it felt like a home away from home. Thank you Lucia for welcoming us, we are all very happy with our Offida experience. See you again Sandra
